I am a PhD candidate in Spatial Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands, specializing in housing markets, urban policy, and urban structure. My research focuses on the effects of housing policies on household outcomes and neighborhood dynamics, using causal inference methods and spatial data analysis. I currently work on the project "Housing affordability and policy" funded by NWO.
I received my MSc. in Spatial, Transport and Environmental Economics from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands in 2023 (cum laude) and a BA in Real Estate from the National Economics University, Vietnam in 2019 (valedictorian).Â
